RESPONSIBLE AI POLICY
Last Updated: January 2026
Applies to: Creative Taxi Ltd., its employees, contractors, and third-party vendors engaged on our behalf.
Purpose
Creative Taxi Ltd. is committed to using artificial intelligence (βAIβ) technologies in a way that enhances human creativity, strengthens connections between people, and supports our community.
We see a strictly βno AIβ approach as neither practical nor reflective of how the world evolves. Deep learning and other technologies now called βAIβ have been used in our devices for years.
This policy outlines how we use AI responsibly, with human oversight and attention to ethical and legal considerations. As AI technologies and related regulations evolve, we may also periodically update this policy to align with emerging legal requirements, ethical best practices, and lessons from experience.
Scope
This policy applies to:
AI tools, models, and automated systems used internally by Creative Taxi Ltd.
AI services provided by reputable third-party vendors that we use in our operations.
Any AI-assisted outputs used in the creation of products, services, or communications for clients or the public.
Guiding Principles
1. Humans Drive
AI will not replace human judgment in decision-making processes.
A qualified human will review and have final authority over AI-assisted work.
2. Use Responsibly
We use AI to support human-made creativity, research, learning, and connection. We do not believe AI should be used to replace people or employees.
Any efficiency gains from AI are intended to improve work-life balance and benefit our team and communityβnot to diminish human value or exploit labor.
We may not disclose every instance of AI tool usage (e.g., scheduling or note-taking) but will do so where it meaningfully impacts decision-making.
We do not use unlicensed generative AI in the video, photo, or audio production process or original artwork.
3. Protect Privacy
We use AI tools that, to the best of our knowledge, meet industry standards for privacy, data security, and copyright laws.
We handle personal information in compliance with applicable laws, including data protection and privacy regulations, and avoid knowingly using AI systems that do not prioritize user safety.
4. Reduce Harm
We strive to mitigate bias in AI outputs through human review and careful vendor selection. We avoid using AI when not needed as one easy way to make that possible.
We acknowledge no AI system is entirely free from bias and will take reasonable steps to reduce potential harms.
We aim to avoid using AI in ways that could reasonably result in harmful or discriminatory outputs toward any individual.
Vendor Selection and Third-Party Tools
When engaging third-party AI providers, we:
Seek vendors who meet strong privacy and security standards.
Compare multiple vendors and use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure their compliance with relevant laws and responsible AI practices.
Do not provide personal information, financial information, or information bound by contractual agreements.
Cannot guarantee the behavior of external systems, but will review and mitigate risks where reasonably possible.
May terminate vendor agreements if they present unacceptable risks or fail to meet agreed standards.
Have a Concern? We Have Time to Listen
Employees, clients, and partners are encouraged to report any concerns about AI use that may cause harm, misinformation, or unintended consequences. Reports can be submitted to crew@creative.taxi.
We will review issues promptly and take action where appropriate.
Disclaimer
This policy reflects our current approach to AI use. We do not guarantee that AI-assisted work will be free from error, bias, or unintended outcomes. We see it as a tool, not a team member. Technology supports humans, it will not replace human connection or discretion.
We commit to acting in good faith, exercising human oversight, and using AI responsibly to benefit creatives globally.
