Over two decades, I’ve worked in just about every creative role. I’ve scaled community through creative storytelling and strategic leadership at Big Cartel, supporting $2.5B+ in artist sales worldwide. I’ve set standards at Apple as a pilot team member for a customer-education role during the early years of the iPhone and iPad, navigating product launches under Steve Jobs. I’ve led teams at mission-driven startups, launched one of the first YouTube channels in pro sports, landed bylines in publications like The Atlantic, funded films on Kickstarter… and learned the hard way that a relentless pace leads to burnout.
Which later revealed undiagnosed autism and ADHD.
Along the way, I also lost 100 pounds, produced films, and raised 3 kids with my high school sweetheart. And I realized my driver in business is prioritizing creative people, peace + profit, in that order.
Creative Taxi Ltd. was born from this journey, plus 5 years of research on the future of work, and certifications in leadership development (Small Giants Leadership Academy) and Foundations of Career Navigating and Coaching (Goodwill) to build creative career resources, stories, and connections for the next 50 years.
Now, I coach creative leaders navigating similar roads. Let’s ride!
