Return, Exchange, and Refund Policies for the Sale of Goods
If you would like to return a purchase for a refund:
Unopened, unused items sold by Creative Taxi Ltd. in new condition may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Items that are opened or damaged, or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase in order to complete a return.
If you would like to return a purchase for an exchange:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, weβre happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email crew@creative.taxi within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
Final Sale:
All personalized merchandise, swimwear, undergarments, face masks, engraved and monogrammed items, and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return, Exchange, and Refund Policies for Services
Due to the digital nature of the products provided by/available through Creative Taxi Ltd., refunds will not be provided automatically and instead will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, based on the product, the time between purchase and refund request, and various other factors. If you wish to request a refund please submit your refund request to crew@creative.taxi within 30 days of purchase and we will let you know if we have any questions in order to process your request.
No Refunds for Subscription Services
Once your subscription to Creative Taxi Ltd. begins, you are not eligible for a refund for any payments already made. If you no longer wish to continue your subscription, you may cancel your subscription by reaching out to crew@creative.taxi. You will retain access to your benefits until the end of the period that has been paid, and downloaded resources are yours to keep.
